Refund policy
We do not offer refunds once our product has been set up on your store or our server. Please ensure you review all product details during the demo and address any questions or concerns with our technical team before making a purchase.
For service-based packages, we do not offer refunds. When selecting a service plan, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Please ensure you have reviewed all service details and are confident in your selection prior to proceeding.
Payment policy
We do not accept payments directly through our website or any unsecured third-party platforms. For security, we share our UPI or bank details with clients only through secure methods, such as email or other verified channels.
Please note that any additional change requests (CR) beyond the original scope will be treated as paid services.
Free trial demo for our product
We offer a 30-day free trial demo of our product, giving you full access to explore and verify all features and functionalities. The demo is hosted on our server, and after the 30-day period, all demo data and the demo website will be permanently deleted.
To start your free trial, simply submit your details here. We’ll get back to you ASP. For inquiries outside of operating hours, we’ll respond the next business day (Saturday & Sunday OFF). We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you!

Product license
We provide a lifetime product license with two years of technical support, exclusively for our product-based packages. This license does not apply to service-based packages and it will working for one website at a time.
